Chief Accountant

Running the firm’s own accounts. We are looking for someone to take full ownership of the function.

Responsibilities

  • Running the company’s accounting and tax records;
  • Processing source documents;
  • Payroll and related taxes;
  • Preparing tax and statistical reporting;
  • Liaising with government authorities and banks;
  • Monitoring receivables and payables.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience as a chief accountant;
  • Knowledge of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and how it is applied;
  • Knowledge of IFRS;
  • Confident use of 1C;
  • Kazakh and Russian;
  • A CAP or CIPA qualification is an advantage.
